You have probably heard of your ‘zone of genius’. It is a one-of-a-kind quality that you bring to your life and to your work and lets you do certain things better than almost anyone else.
My Mindful Business Mentoring package is where I get to operate 100% in my zone of genius and where I help you to find and work in yours.
I take my knowledge and expertise from my corporate background, my hands on ‘at the coalface’ experience of running my own small business and my training and appreciation for the principles of mindfulness and work with you on a one to one basis to help you manage the emotional rollercoaster that goes hand in hand with running your own business.
Together we will help you to:
- Get aligned with what is most important to you and ensure that you are taking consistent action in the right direction
- Reduce self doubt and build your confidence
- Improve your focus and eliminate procrastination
- Get a better sense of balance between your work and home life
- Find a sense of peace – even in difficult times
- Experience more satisfaction with your work and your life
Every client is different. Ever mindful business mentoring situation is different. I will work with you to quickly understand the areas where you need support and tailor our relationship accordingly.
How much does it cost?
A 12 month Mindful Business Mentoring package costs £1200. You can either pay via Paypal or online banking.
What is involved?
Over the course of 12 months you will get my unwavering support to help you build your business in a way that feels right for you and allows you to get the right balance (for you) between work and life. More specifically you get:
10 x one hour 1:1 calls
During the course of 12 months you will be able to access 10 x one hour 1:1 mentoring calls (via Skype or Zoom). This is your opportunity to get my undivided attention on your business and on your life. It is recommended that these sessions are taken roughly a month apart (no calls in August) at our mutual convenience. Any sessions not used in this twelve month period cannot be carried over and will unfortunately be lost. I don’t impose this restriction to be a ‘meanie’ but
a. I want you to make the progress that you desire and that means consistency. The more consistently we speak, the more likely you are to be taking the requisite action.
b. I need to respect my own time. I only take on a very small number of Mindful Business Mentoring clients because as much as I LOVE these sessions it is a time consuming part of my business.
“Reasonable” email access to me in between calls
What does reasonable mean?
Let’s put it this way, if you email me daily and expect a detailed three page response then I’m afraid our relationship won’t work out. But in between our mentoring calls if you have a question or want to follow up on something then send me an email and I will commit to getting back to you with an answer within 48 hours. It’s difficult to come up with a hard and fast rule for this one but we’re grown ups and I’m sure we will be able to figure out the right answer.
If this sounds of interest then drop me an email (nicola at nicolasemple.com) and we can arrange a time to have a chat to see if we are a good match. I’d love to find out more about you!
Working With Nicola
Here is a selection of feedback from previous clients, to give you a flavour of what it is like to work with me:
“Nicola is exceptionally supportive, encouraging and inspiring. I learnt so much working with her and feel much more confident about running my business. I really felt Nicola worked hard to think about what was right for my business. I feel so much more focused about what I need to do and my confidence in my abilities has also improved over the time I worked with Nicola.”
“Working with Nicola allowed me to get a clear vision of what I want from my business. Knowing that I had her support and the feeling of accountability of our regular sessions spurred me into action and I got so much more done than I would on my own. I even got my first client as a result of working with Nicola! My business is definitely growing and I am delighted with the direction that it is taking.”
“Nicola is friendly, calm, approachable and knowledgeable and will guide you in a realistic and pragmatic way. She doesn’t approach mindfulness with a ‘one size fits all’ ethos and really works hard to help you think about how to adapt mindfulness into your daily life and what will work for you”
And while not related to mindfulness or business but for me sums up beautifully the way I want people to feel when they have worked with me…. supported, energised, positive, having had a good giggle and if necessary, a few tears.
This is a review from my book on Amazon. Thank you to Michelle M, whoever you are and wherever you live:
“I read this book over one weekend and like other reviewers, I also shed a tear at certain subjects which Nicola covers. It’s an honest, but also very realistic and funny account of life with kids at home – I had previously feared for a world where I’d be expected to bake and craft every day with my son, or I’d fail at stay-at-home-motherhood – thankfully that isn’t the way.
Nicola authors the book in a way that sounds like one of your trusted friends gently advising you and helping you see that you have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy time with your children, something many of my friends don’t have. By the end of the book I really felt inspired, not ‘alone’ and I had a renewed energy about my life choice. It’s incredibly difficult to stay positive sometimes – a well-meaning, former colleague asked me what it was like being a ‘lady of leisure’ – thank goodness I had read this book, I’m not sure I could have deflected her comment in such an easy way had I not.”
