Welcome to Episode 13 of The Good Life Well Lived where I am joined by Christine Askew, an expert in neuroscience, mindfulness and schema therapy who helps her clients to become more emotionally resilient.
She works with clients to identify and change unhelpful patterns that were created in childhood – known as schemas – that are impacting their psychological and emotional well-being and affecting their relationships.
Christine gives a fascinating insight into schema therapy and explains how we can re-wire old patterns and build up the parts of the brain that are essential for emotional resilience.
