We’re all pretty familiar with the idea of time management and making the most of the time that we’ve got available to us however I believe that energy management is just as, if not more important.

We all have a finite supply of energy each day and that supply varies from person to person. I share some ideas on how you can maximise the amount of energy that you have in the first place and how you can best manage your ‘pot of energy’ to get the most out of your day.
