The Wheel of Life is a tool that I have used with colleagues, clients and programme attendees for a number of years. It allows you to assess where you are currently devoting your time, energy and attention and gives you the opportunity to decide if you need to make any adjustments. It seems deceptively simple however the impact can be truly transformational.
