Welcome to episode 33 of The Good Life Well Lived podcast where I am joined by Heather Waring, a coach, speaker and author and founder of Women Walking Women Talking. Heather works with busy and stressed women to design the life they truly want by walking talking on Transformational Walking experiences along ancient paths like the Camino de Santiago in France and Spain and the Pilgrims Way in the UK.

In this episode Heather shares her own personal journey, her recovery from adrenal fatigue and the central role that walking played in her recovery. She outlines how she helps other women to uncover their own path and be true to themselves and she shares insights into the incredible walking tours that she facilitates for her community. Heather reckons she has the best job in the world. I think she might be right!
