Welcome to episode 36 of The Good Life Well Lived podcast and the topic of the week is how to stop feeling busy all the time.

I’ll hold my hands up and admit that I am a recovering Busy Bee. Up until a couple of years ago I wore busy as a badge of honour and was the master of keeping all of the plates spinning, all of the time.

But I realised that my busyness was not making me happy. I wasn’t prioritising the things that were important to me and that ticking things off the ‘to do list’ was utterly futile because there would just be more and more ‘to dos’ that would come along to get done.

I am all for encouraging people to live a rich and varied life, spending time with the people that matter and doing things that are important but that doesn’t mean that you need to be constantly busy, stressed and overwhelmed.

In this week’s episode of The Good Life Well Lived podcast I share some advice and tips on how you can stop feeling busy all the time.
