Welcome to The Good Life Well Lived podcast, today in episode 45 I  share with you my experience of a 30 day yoga challenge and what I learned from it.  

If you are thinking of New Year Resolutions then setting yourself some health and fitness goals will probably be high up your agenda.

For years I have said to myself ‘I must try yoga’ but then I would get intimidated by the idea of going to a class full of lycra clad ladies bending themselves into impossible shapes.
However, a couple of months ago I decided to get over myself and try out the 30 Days of Yoga Challenge with Adriene Michler and it was a revelation.
Not only did I start a daily yoga practice but I learned a lot about myself in the process and some of it might surprise you.
