Career Clarity
Career Clarity is for you if:
- You are considering a career change but you have no idea what that might look like or even if it would be the right thing to do.
- You know you have experience and skills to share but you can’t see how to use them in anything other than your current context.
- You want to stop spinning your wheels and decide whether to change career path or to go all in with your current role.
Through a combination of pre-work exercises and coaching sessions, you will better understand your skills, strengths, values, and priorities for the future.
You will get clear on what you have to offer and identify how you want to share your skills and talents with the world.
Programme Overview:
Session 1 (2 Hours) – Detailed review of your career journey to date identifying elements you want to take into your future career. Identify career strengths using psychometric/diagnostic tool
Session 2 (1 Hour) – Analysis of career values to create guiding principles for your future career.
Session 3 (1 Hour) – Define your version of career success and create your future career vision.
Session 4 (1 Hour) – Develop your career clarity action plan so that you can bring your future career vision to life plus laser coaching on any relevant topic to help you implement your plan.
By the end of the Career Clarity programme, you will have an in-depth understanding of what you want from your career, a plan of action to help you make the transformation and a fire in your belly to make it happen!
Your Investment for the Career Clarity Plus programme is £850.
This includes a strengths assessment, exercises, videos, and recordings.
Career Clarity Plus
At the end of the Career Clarity programme, my clients are excited. After months, sometimes years of deliberation, they have a clear vision of what they want from their career and a plan to help them achieve it.
Then life happens. They still have a job to do while they carve out this new career direction for themselves. They still have family commitments that take up their time, energy and attention.
Their best intentions of transforming their career and creating a life they love can sometimes fall by the wayside.
That is why I decided to create the Career Clarity Plus Programme. Not only will I support you to get clear on what you want from your career and create a plan to get there, but I will also provide ongoing support and accountability.
Accountability is the magic ingredient that will ensure that you stay focused and take action.
According to an American Society of Training and Development study, you are 95% more likely to succeed by simply directing accountability to a third party.
This is why I have created the Career Clarity Plus option with 5 x 1 hour accountability calls. You will also have access to email support from me in between sessions so that you can be coached in real-time as issues emerge.
When you start to doubt yourself or wonder whether your current situation ‘isn’t so bad after all’, we will return to your career vision and remember all the reasons making this change is important to you.
When obstacles arise (which inevitably they will), we will work together to find a solution, so you stay on track.
