In this episode of The Career Confidence Podcast I will be sharing how to set goals you will actually stick to.
Goal setting in its simplest form is setting out exactly what you want to achieve and then working out what you need to do to get you there.
It sounds simple but for anybody that has set goals in the past, and I am going to assume that is the vast majority, if not, all of the people listening, it is much harder in practice.
And even if you are able to set yourself some meaningful goals, sticking to them and doing the work required to achieve the goals more often than not doesn’t happen.
Today I want to spend some time exploring this idea of goal setting and also to give you a framework that will allow you to set meaningful goals that will inspire you to take action and to do the work to turn them from a set of words on a bit of paper into your reality.
