Self-doubt, fear of judgment and imposter syndrome can hold back the most talented and capable female professionals from carving out a career that brings joy and fulfillment.
It breaks my heart to see women with so much more to achieve in their working lives stay forever immobilised by fear, plodding on in a career that just doesn’t light them up – especially when I know that there is a way to banish those mindset gremlins and find excitement and passion for their work.
Welcome to The Self Doubt Annihilator, a 3 month immersive experience working at a conscious and unconscious level to eliminate self-doubt, develop inner confidence and a deep knowing that you are on the right path.
Who Are You?
You are a female professional that is ready to make a change in their career, whether that is a new role, a sideways move, going freelance or even setting up your own business.
However, you are constantly plagued with doubts, believing that you are not clever enough, not qualified enough, not experienced enough…. generally… not enough.
- You sit silently in meetings because you don’t have the confidence to share your ideas only to hear your words come out of somebody else’s mouth.
- You don’t go for the promotion because you think, not yet, one more year and then you will be ready.
- You don’t take the next step to expand your business because you are not convinced you have what it takes.
- You know that you WANT to make the change, you might even know WHAT you want the change to be, but you are stuck in a world of indecision, torturing yourself wondering:

- How am I going to make this change work?
- What will people think of me changing a career that I have invested so much time to?

With stories running through your head.. ‘Who does she think she is stepping above her station’? ‘Does she not realise the impact on her family by making this change!’ Who would hire her to do that – she doesn’t have any qualifications in that area!’ Who’s going to buy that (from her?)?
So you fall on the advice from other people because you don’t trust your gut and own inner wisdom.
Paralysed by fear of what others will think about the decisions that you make and the fear of not being able to make your dream career a success, you’re well and truly stuck.

When Do We Start To Believe That We Are Not Enough?
I know that you want more for yourself and I also know that can be daunting as we often need to unpick years of limiting beliefs and negative thoughts that have been holding us back.
You might have the desire to create change and you might even be having that daily pep talk with yourself ‘today is the day’ but making it happen doesn’t seem to be working.
This is because you have deep rooted beliefs that you created in childhood and have added to throughout your life, which can only be accessed at an unconscious level.
When we are born, we enter this world with a blank slate. Have you ever come across a baby that believes it’s not good enough? Absolutely not!
Every single baby is born perfect and unique. They look out to the world and expect love and adoration. They explore, grow and develop and never once doubt their abilities.
Just think of a toddler learning to walk. Every time they fall down, they get back up and try again. They are not weighed down with the story that because they fell down once that they are not good enough and therefore shouldn’t even bother to try again.
Unfortunately, that confidence we have as a young baby starts to falter as we progress through life.
The period of 0-7 years is known as the imprint period and it is at this stage that so many of our unconscious beliefs are shaped as we absorb the thoughts, beliefs and stories of those around us.
Throughout our life, at an unconscious level we continue to feed the beliefs that were formed at that early stage in our life, cementing them in our mind so that we get to a point where that belief is absolutely true for us.
No wonder the hours and hours that you have spent journaling, meditating or repeating affirmations just aren’t cutting it. All of these tools have their place but often they are just scratching the surface, for lasting transformation we need to go deep.
The excellent news is that we can work with our unconscious mind to reprogram the negative beliefs, thoughts and emotions that are holding us back.
I will work with you at a conscious and unconscious level to help you to make a pivotal shift so that you:

How Is The Programme Structured?
We will work together over the course of three months and move through the following phases:
Phase 1 – Deep Dive Diagnostic
We will complete a structured diagnostic phase so that I can very quickly understand who you are, how you think and what makes you tick. Consider me your personal Private Investigator, leaving no stone unturned so that we can quickly get to the heart of how and why you are doubting yourself and what needs to change so that you can move forward.
Phase 2 – Eliminate Negative Emotions and Beliefs
During this phase, we will use Timeline Therapy to eliminate the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Timeline Therapy is one of, if not THE most powerful tool that we can use to create mindset changes immediately and best of all it is simple and quick.
In my role as Coach Assistant for the Mindset Coach Academy I teach aspiring Mindset Coaches this incredible technique and the students are always blown away by the results. Even those that have already been coaching for years are amazed by how quickly we are able to create change using this process.
Phase 3 – Future Planning
Having eliminated the negative emotions, limiting beliefs and limiting decisions that have been holding you back, we work together to create your vision, plan and goals for the future.
No more false starts. No more ifs, buts or maybes. The reality that you crave for yourself is there. It is yours for the taking.
Phase 4 – Embedding Your New Beliefs
I would love to say that we will wave a magic wand and from this point forward we will wave a magic wand and you will never experience another moment of self-doubt in your life.
I’m good but I’m not magic!! Life happens, new situations arise and we are all a constant work in progress.
In this final phase of the programme we will have fortnightly 45 minute check-in to keep you accountable for your goals and also to give you access to bespoke support to help you embed the new behaviours and habits to support your new beliefs.
They say it takes it takes 66 days to embed a new habit and you will have my support on this every step of the way.
While I follow a set framework with my clients there is no one size fits all approach in the way the programme is delivered.
Some clients prefer to have intensive sessions up front (usually 8 hours over 2 days) to kickstart their belief change, followed by fortnightly accountability sessions.
Other clients prefer to take things at a more relaxed pace and have weekly sessions during the first month, followed by fortnightly accountability sessions. We can discuss exactly what is going to work best for you.

Bespoke Hypnosis Recording – I will create a hypnosis recording based on the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. This will be entirely bespoke and specific to helping you move forward. You can use the recording on a daily basis to get into a deep state of relaxation. While you’re in this state of relaxation I will make guided suggestions designed to help you release your limiting beliefs and to achieve your goals. You Are Enough Coaching Cards – my 52 card deck contains observations, prompts and questions to stimulate your thinking, allow for reflection, enable you to enhance your self-awareness and allow you to deeply embed the belief that you are enough. Voxer Access to me for the duration of our time working together. You can leave me voice messages in real time as new realisations and ‘ah hah’ moments unfold. I commit to respond to you within 48 hours so that you have ongoing support in between our sessions together. The ability to have this ongoing dialogue is priceless as it is only my 1:1 clients that are able to access me in this way for direct support.

I am a Certified Mindset Coach, an NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis Practitioner, a Mindfulness Teacher, British Psychological Society Level A and B certified and a Mental Health First Aider. I have developed an extensive toolkit grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience to support you working at a conscious and unconscious level.
A displaced Glasgwegian living in Surrey, I’m a mum of two, wife to a Surinamese Dutch man and I love to read, walk, travel, cook and spend time outdoors. My favourite season is Autumn, I love spicy food and chocolate in all shapes and forms.
