At the same time, you will identify and eliminate what is holding you back, what is keeping you stuck, and what is making life so tiring. It’s time to press the stop button and step off the merry go round of eternal commitments and start to truly live.

To transform your mindset so that it supports you in achieving a simpler life, where you can thrive and flourish.

Your mindset is your thoughts, behaviour, habits, beliefs, values, and identity which creates the action you take.

Your mindset can hold you back and cause you to sabotage yourself in many ways, we need to peel the layers of the onion to understand what is happening for you.

You can choose new thoughts, new behaviours, new habits, new beliefs, and a brand new identity that supports your deepest desires in your career and your life.

You can choose to create a simpler more fulfilling life. Spending time with the people that matter, filling your day with work that lights you up, and taking on as little or as much as you want.

You can choose to believe that you are enough, exactly as you are, in every aspect of your life. And when you truly believe that you are enough, your thoughts, behaviours, and habits follow.

This work is not easy but I will be there to guide you every step of the way.

What Do I Know About Creating Simplicity?

My name is Nicola Semple and I am a recovering overachiever!!!!  Once upon a time, I was a veteran multi-tasker, mind constantly racing, plotting, planning, spinning plates in every direction imaginable, living in a constant state of busy.

A straight-A student, I went on to secure a place on a prestigious Management Consultancy training programme where I rocketed up the ranks. I built my corporate career, studied part-time for a Masters, and then (just for fun!) a professional qualification.

After leaving the corporate world to start a family I kept up the busyness. With no childcare support and two children under the age of 3, I established an agency to support women returning from maternity leave, created an online training academy, self-published a book, launched a local parents network with 7,000 members, hosted networking events and the list goes on.

Some people would call it impressive. With hindsight I call it sheer lunacy.

I was going through the motions of who I thought I should be. But the problem was I didn’t know what I wanted instead.

Rather than trying to explore this further I buried myself in a sea of busyness.

At the start of 2017 I hit a wall. I was exhausted and lost.  I didn’t know who I was or what I wanted anymore. I wasn’t burnt out in the traditional sense of the word but I knew that I needed to make big changes.

 

I studied Mindfulness and then NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis and learned tools and techniques that allowed me to shift my thinking on both a conscious and unconscious level. I let go of the limiting beliefs and programming that was holding me back and stopping me from creating the life I truly yearned.

I learned about myself and how I viewed and interacted with the world. It was often uncomfortable to come face to face with myself. But it was truly worthwhile.

I had to strip away the expectations of what I thought I should be doing and from there uncover exactly what I did want. I created my good life well lived and I then became passionate about helping others to do the same.

Once you are clear on what is important to you and let go of the baggage holding you back then everything, and I mean everything, becomes simple.

What is The Simplicity Experience?

The Simplicity Experience is a 6 month immersive journey to help you switch off so that you can get perspective, focus on your priorities so that you can create and live your own version of a good life. 

The program is designed in four parts that take you on an immersive journey combining proven mindset and mindfulness tools with bespoke personal guidance on how to apply them to your own life. 

Switch Off

SWITCH OFF

  • Our first priority is to do a deep dive to understand what makes you tick so that both you and I have insight into what has led you to this point.
  • I will listen and get to know you and you will breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you are no longer alone. You have a trusted adviser at your side, who wants nothing but the best for you,  to support you and help you on your way.
  • I will provide you with a full toolkit to help you relax, perhaps for the first time in a very long time!  These are not generic relaxation techniques, I will create something bespoke, based on your personality preferences, including a personalised hypnosis, designed to help you unwind and calm your mind that you can use on a daily basis.

STREAMLINE

  • Our next step is to streamline and declutter your life. You are going to get crystal clear on who you are, what matters to you and where you want to focus your time energy and attention.
  • You will get clarity on your values and beliefs, what is important to you and what you want to prioritise.
  • I will teach you how to create an articulation of your good life well livedthat will be so compelling and so magnetic that bringing that vision to life will be inevitable. 
  • We will also create your 90 day plan of action so that you know exactly what you need to do to create simplicity in your life. 

SURRENDER

  • Now it is time to let go of everything that no longer serves you.
  • Using Time Line Therapy, NLP and a range of mindset coaching techniques we can free you from negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt plus the associated thoughts and beliefs that have been holding you back.
  • We will identify the habits that are not supporting you and work at a conscious and unconscious level to break free of those habits and install healthy, nourishing, positive habits in their place.
  • You will emerge from the process, lighter, brighter and more confident with a deep knowing that you are worthy and capable of creating life on your terms.

STEP UP

  • Now that you have crystal clear clarity on your priorities, you have streamlined your life to allow more time and space for these priorities and you have identified and released the things holding you back, it’s time to step up and take purposeful action towards your goals.
  • During this phase of the programme I will be by your side to support you every step of the way. We will check in on a weekly basis to track your progress and to keep you accountable.
  • I will also coach and support you so that you can best manage people and situations as they arise so that you maintain perspective and focus on your priorities. 

 

By the end of The Simplicty Experience you will:

  • Have clarity on your priorities which will make it super-easy to make decisions and choices
  • Create your vision of a good life well lived and know exactly what you want from life

    • 10 fortnightly 60 minute coaching calls including accountability and support

    • Access to my toolbox of mindset and mindfulness tools to help you bring simplicity and ease to your life
    • My full support, I will be your biggest cheerleader throughout this experience, but I won’t be afraid to give you a loving kick in the backside when required.

About Nicola Semple

My passion in life is helping people to get clear on their priorities and unhooking from the limiting beliefs that stop them from wholeheartedly focusing on what is important to them.

I am a Certified Mindset Coach, an NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis Practitioner, a Mindfulness Teacher, British Psychological Society Level A and B certified and a Mental Health First Aider. I have developed an extensive toolkit grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience to support you working at a conscious and unconscious level.

A displaced Glasgwegian living in Surrey, I’m a mum of two, wife to a Surinamese Dutch man and I love to read, walk, travel, cook and spend time outdoors. My favourite season is Autumn, I love spicy food and chocolate in all shapes and forms. As a contented introvert I’m often found at home, under a blanket, happily snuggled with my people.
