These Terms and Conditions set out how you (the User) can use this Site.
Purchase of Programmes
When paying for any service you are responsible for full payment of fees for the programme, event whether you actually attend the events, watch the programme or use the products. This also applies to part payments and payment plans.
For payment plans for any programmes or events, once purchased via the initial payment, you have agreed to complete all payments required for the purchase.
Refunds for Programmes
Once the initial email is sent for any programme and material is sent out, no refund is possible due to the material being received.
Personal Responsibility
You also understand that you are fully responsible for your own health, and that these courses and coaching programmes are not therapy. This is not intended as an alternative to seeking help from a medical professional such as your GP.
You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician and/or qualified medical practitioner before making any changes to your medical treatment.
You also agree that if you have any concerns about symptoms or medical conditions that you contact your GP. You are also in agreement that you have the adult capacity to take on any programmes or sessions with Nicola Semple.

Purchase of Products
When purchasing a product from the website you are making a contract with Nicola Semple.
Order
You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order to us on the Terms. You agree that an order is engaging with a contract with nicolasemple.com. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason without liability to you.
After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email will include your order number, details of the Products you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgment of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale takes place when your order has been dispatched and we have sent you an email confirming this.
Prices
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP, prices do not include delivery costs.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, Dollars or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. All orders are placed with Nicola Semple in the UK. Your card issuer or payment method provider may therefore apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your issuing bank before placing your order if this applies to you.
Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal and Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placing the order.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, we use state of the art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the internet.
We have the right to cancel your purchase without prior notification. Examples of occasions we may choose to cancel your purchase are: your card details have been flagged by our fraud screening processes or are declined by our fraud screening processed.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Returns for Products
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nicola Semple, 9 Earlswood Road, Redhill, RH1 6HE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
