About Nicola Semple

Hi, I’m Nicola Semple. Certified Mindset Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Host of The Good Life Well Lived Podcast.

I am a passionate advocate of living your own version of a good life well lived.

I believe that the key to living a fulfilled life is identifying what a good life well lived means for us, doing the work to make it happen and enjoying the journey along the way.

I bring a wealth of business and life experience:

• 10 years corporate experience specialising in business change and personal development.
• 6 years as a small business owner.
• 11 years as a parent (biggest learning curve ever)

I am a Certified Mindset Coach, an NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis Practitioner, a Mindfulness Teacher, British Psychological Society Level A and B certified and a Mental Health First Aider.

I have developed an extensive toolkit grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience to support you.

I work with each client on an individual basis depending on their needs and always with candour and compassion.

If you work with me then you need to go all in.

When I work with clients my number one priority is to get results.

I will be your biggest supporter and loudest cheerleader, I will have your back every step of the way. But I also expect a lot from you.

When we work together I expect complete honesty so that we can quickly get to the heart of what is going on.

In between our sessions I will give you work to do and I expect you to do the work.

The results of Be Unstoppable are not dependent on you signing up to work with me.

The results only come when you go all in, when you make the commitment to bring your whole self and when you DO THE WORK.

Your Investment

Your investment for this life changing transformation is either a one off payment of £749 or a two payment plan of £375 a month.

After you sign up we will discuss the best way for us to work together.

In total you can expect the programme to take between 6 – 8 hours.

Some people prefer intensive sessions over the course of a couple of days, others prefer to take things more slowly over a period of 4-6 weeks.
